Mohawk Technologies was founded in 2004. We started as a result of a request from the U.S. Army to develop and test a new sensor technology called Constant Hawk. Prior to the forming of our company it's founders owned and operated OV-1D Mohawks for the U.S. Navy at Patuxent River since 1999. Mohawk Technologies is the largest operator of these types of aircraft in the world. The only other operator is the country of Argentina of which Mohawk Tech supports.
